We want you to enjoy every order with confidence — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaking upon delivery.
You received the wrong item or an incorrect quantity.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened, partially used, or improperly stored items.
If you face an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we’ll offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Replacements will be dispatched at no additional cost.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable food items once opened.
Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
Custom or promotional items marked as “non-returnable.”
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us directly.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
