Refund and Returns Policy

At Polsambole.lk, we take pride in delivering fresh, authentic Sri Lankan flavours to your doorstep.
We want you to enjoy every order with confidence — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaking upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item or an incorrect quantity.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened, partially used, or improperly stored items.


2. Reporting a Problem

If you face an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send us an email or WhatsApp message with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A short description of the issue

3. Replacement or Refund Process

  • After verification, we’ll offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Replacements will be dispatched at no additional cost.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable food items once opened.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.

  • Custom or promotional items marked as “non-returnable.”


5. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us directly.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
